# Week 4

personal life ~

I'm currently at week 4 of my training life. I didn't feel that hard compare to life for the past few few weeks. maybe because i have already get used to it. xD

as for this week of work, i will have to do presentation / demonstration to the user @.@
I feel quite shock when I got the email from my supervisor saying that I have to do a demonstration to the user. I'm so blank and feel nervous about it. the last time I did a presentation was my Fyp time.

so I sent her few emails to ask for more detail about the presentation. The good thing is , I don't have to present in a room full of people. What I have to do is present to a single user about how use the system/website. *phew* . but somehow I still have to prepare myself well. Things like how the system/website operate, have to get into my brain somehow before the presentation. Presentation date is yet to be confirm.

beside the work. everyday routine is still the same ; just like what I mention before at >>Daily Routine <<
I still got my time for my forum . Now has 13 members with 500+ post. Growing slow but it is a good start I guess =/

Revive Crapz 100%

Its been few day i didn't update my blog. It is not because i'm busy with work.

This forum is actually based on my old forum named Crapz.net which dead long time ago due to inactivity. The domain name later let other people purchase which unable for me to obtain it back. So recently i have think of re-branding. I come out with the name "JC" a.k.a justcrapz. I've able gather 4 loyal member of mine in order to kick start the forum

work progress for week 3

couldn't imagine 3 weeks already pass just like that.

In my mind, I think back about how it first started to happens. I'm talking about industrial training by the way. First 2 weeks was like mad because not get used to the environment. Still thinking back on how it happen first day.

keep things short, this week I'm a bit loose on work. Kind of slacking. Surf net, chit chat through meebo and doing nonsense over the internet. There is not much task assigned though. I have done all the assigned task and submitted to the supervisor. After she go through all my work , she had make some comment on what I should correct. It is just some minor task. I think after finish all the fixing minor task, then can go to user testing phase for the system assigned to me.

okay lets put work to the side. recently I got the interested to revive my old forum which known as crapz . still in planning process. thanks to the support of my former member , I got some motivated to revive it. Still looking at hosting plans and see if its gonna work. will be pending for updates.

Arctic Ice is melting Faster now

Wondering why recently the weather so hot or sometime raining heavily. It is actually because of global warming. Basically our earth's temperature is increasing now. Temperature that high causes the ice in Arctic to melt faster which cause our sea level to raise.

A few years ago, scientists were predicting ice-free Arctic summers by about 2080. Then computer models started projecting earlier dates, around 2030 to 2050.

Then came the 2007 summer that saw Arctic sea ice shrink to the smallest extent ever recorded, down to 4.2 million sq km from 7.8 million sq km in 1980.

By the end of last year, one research group was forecasting ice-free summers by 2013.

"I think we're going to beat last year's record melt, though I'd love to be wrong," said Dr Stroeve.

"If we do, then I don't think 2013 is far off anymore. If what we think is going to happen does happen, then it'll be within a decade anyway."

There is nothing much we can do to stop global warming because warming/temperature high that melt ice has been going for decades. What we can do now is reduce it or can I say slow down the global warming. There are few things we can do to reduce.

1. Save electricity by switching off light,fan,computer,tv,dvd player and other electric appliances when not in use.
2. Tell your family and friends about Global Warming. Make them aware about the current environment issue. The more people take step to reduce it, the slower the rate of global warming.

IQ Test

I found this IQ test from another blog. Basically I don't think that the question they ask is going determined our IQ level. It is more like a fun quiz. The test contain 20 question. In the test, they ask random question. Related question such as maths and general knowledge. Some of the question asked, I don't really get the meaning. For example like the rearrange letters.

Anyway the IQ range is from 0 to 200, I'm just on average. Guess I need to use "Window XP : Genius Edition" to improve my IQ LOLOLOL.....




Joke aside,
If there is really a test that can determine real IQ, I wonder what's my level of IQ.Probably is below average = (

Work is boring

"weekend is freedom , work is boring" = true

How about this "weekend is work "? haha I guess nobody wants the outcome like that. But if only you work only at weekend and you rest for weekday, it would be cool.

Anyway cut the crap, back to the topic of my title. Well, it’s been 2 day I got nothing to do at office. It is because the person in charged of me is busy with her work; she don't have time to respond to my mail regarding error that I told her. So I’m like surfing the internet continuously for 2 days. I lurk around forums or blog. I even participate on posting nonsense there ^^. So that’s why recently I have been consistent in updating blog because I have the time.

But what’s the use of updating consistent if I don’t have things to blog about?

I’ve been thinking, would people read about things I write here? Nothing I write here is related to reader though because it’s just talking crap about my life. Some more I rarely post picture which is the key element to distract some eye of viewer, mostly I just describe things in word. So if you are reader of my blog, kindly leave some comment on what you think about it.

I’m thinking of doing forum too but worry about forum activeness and members :S

weekend = freedom

Weekend is consider freedom day for me.

I have time for myself to do things I want, anytime. I can sleep, surf net, watch movies, games, chatting and etc etc...long list.this is not going to be long post because nothing really much to write about.


I have just finished watch 2 movies , "Machine Girl" and "The Bank Job". The Bank Job is quite interesting because it is not talking about how they hack or break into the bank. Instead they are talking about consequences after robbery. There is a lot of party involve which somehow makes a twist in the movie. But I feel the main point of the movie is talking about corruption. rating from me 4/5


Next is Machine Girl. At first i was really looking forward to watch this movie because I felt interesting after watch the trailer. The movie is about gore/violent/blood everywhere/killing. But somehow this movie not as nice as it seem. It's kind of fake yet funny. I don't really know how to explain further. Basically the girl in the movie is quite" chun" , just the action a bit fake and doesn't make sense in some part. Reminds me of RPG. Rating from me 2/5

Movie aside, today my housemate has officially bought a second hand washing machine. It cost rm 240 , quite expensive but cannot care much because we don't have the time to find some more its not easy to find second hand. I'm the first who throw my laundry to wash. Everything looks good. Satisfied.


Guess this 2 weeks I've spent a lot of money. = ( I've just installed nuffnang into my blog. hope it can earn something for my daily life use.

Daily Routine

After one week of work, I have finally got some time to update for my blog. Maybe some of you might wonder, what’s my work? Well to refresh about your memory again, I’m currently working as a trainee (noob programmer) for my industrial training subject. Does this refresh your memory if refer to my post “Report in for duty, sir”?


So anyway, I already got used to the environment and the daily routine. The environment is kind of quiet. I mean really quiet as everyone got their own job to busy at their own desk. Even when I want to find my supervisor to ask for guidance, I usually will send email to her but not approaching her directly. It’s not that I’m shy to approach but feel very hard to approach because she looks very busy due to her high priority of work. So I just can to find information I needed for my work through the internet or example given.


So at this post, I want to share about my daily boring routine. I got to wake up at 6.45 in the morning to prepare myself (thanks to my phone alarm and my personal alarm call :P). After that I will walk across the road and wait at the bus station for my friend to fetch me. Usually around 8.20 I will reach my office. Below is list of thing that I usually do at the office.

Do the task given (coding, coding ,coding)
Do research on the internet for the task given (if needed)
Make coffee or milo to drink
Go over to talk with friend or friend come over to talk with me. =.=
Eat lunch 1-2 (break, chit-chat)
Surf internet (“office purpose”)
Finish work at 6pm ( Friday is 5.30pm)


Only at night, I have some time for myself (play games, chatting, rest, fooling around…etc etc)


Recently I have play games like Rohan Online and Crysis. Rohan was okay, I only feel lag when a lot of player gather around or when casting spell. Besides that, I’m having slow connection due to my housemate that download (=.=) ….thanks to them. As for Crysis….even if I set low quality for graphic, I still feel lag. Arghh my computer is getting old (2 years old) = (
Conclusion……nahh I don’t have conclusion ……..hehe, I’m lazy to continue write my crap already…..see ya.

Weekend Soon

I'm so happy because tomorrow is Saturday.


Finally can release myself from work for 2 day. Actually not really 2 day because I can only enjoy till evening Sunday. Sunday night have to sleep early again for early work Monday. ahhh don't want worry till so far yet hehe , tonight don't have to sleep early and tomorrow don't have to wake up early ^^


I feel quite hard ( stress or whatever you call it ) because the environment is different at work. I have been assigned to follow up a project/task. Although I have been using ASP in my final year project but when I see the coding for the current project, it gave me a huge problem understanding the coding.

Is not that they are using "SPECIAL ASP" language but instead i feel their coding are much more organize than the one I did in my final year project. So I guess my level of understanding and my programming skill is not that good yet. Nothing really much I can say about the assigned task due to "secrecy"

anyway , working there is like a brand new experience for me. I got to learn things myself , no longer spoon-feed by lecturer :P

The good thing is I still can refer to my supervisor when I have problem.She is quite helpful although she very busy. I felt so paiseh to keep ask for help because I have a huge list of problem to ask @@

So everyday at office , I will be sitting infront of my PC from 8.30 till 6 / 5.30(if Friday) exclude 1 hour lunch time. Thats why life going to be for the next 3 months. Its boring when nothing to do or when stuck but when got things to do, time run very very fast.

So I prefer when I have something that I know how to do.


as always, I type short blog entry and full of English grammar. Till then with more update.

Report In for Duty , Sir

the day i will hardly forget ....why?? because i have continuously write the date for the form and exam that I've been through during the orientation in the company. To bring back some memories of the reader, I'm currently doing industrial training at one of the company call "Cubic" at Melaka.


the day started off with briefing in the training room where a female staff came in and give some lecture talk ^^ Don't know why the time passes so slow today because I feel very sleepy the entire talk. The staff give us (trainee) a lot mini exam to do. really boring ~


most of the section inside the company don't have network coverage. this apply to digi and maxis line
so we feel kind of happy when we stand in one spot where we can find 1 bar of line ^^


we have our break 2 time which is the breakfast and lunchtime
breakfast : 9 something am till 10 something am( not really sure the time )
lunch : 1pm - 2 pm

oh yeah , they have really strict rules never bring mobile phone, pendrive or other storage material into the factory area. so never try , its really scary if get caught .

so anyway , the orientation briefing lasted till 4pm++ . Then they starting to bring us around the company. Then I get to know the place where I will sit and work for another 3 months. Its located inside UTEM. amazingly , i'm like working inside a university. hehe


when I reach my department, I was introduce to the supervisor and introduced myself few time to my colleague. I guess tomorrow only I can sit on my table and get to know about the new environment . so till then with more updates I hope ^^
